Before we begin.
Waxis organizes information, coordinates communication and supports comparisons. Your designated decision-maker selects suppliers, approves samples and authorizes purchases. Testing and supplier qualification follow the project requirements.
Before engagement, we clarify Waxis’s role and scope, the purchasing contracting parties, payment recipients and milestones, and the service fee structure. Written terms govern the arrangement; inspection, freight, warehousing and other third-party charges are identified separately.
We organize and review supplier capability, certification and test information for the specific product, documenting sources and open questions. Factory audits, independent testing or pre-shipment inspection require an agreed specialist, standard, scope and fee.
We document issues against the approved specifications, samples, inspection requirements and contractual responsibilities, then coordinate with the supplier and relevant partners. Claims, rework, replacement and costs follow the applicable agreement and confirmed resolution.
Start with the product or reference link, estimated quantity, destination and desired timing. Include any known material, dimension, customization or testing needs. Detailed drawings and confidential information can follow agreed confidentiality arrangements.
